We have been with Pediatric Pathways for almost a year and it has been a life changing experience for our daughter. She has grown in not only her ability to self regulate and understand herself but her overall confidence in who she is! As parents, they have been there to support us every step of the way giving us the tools to understand how to support her self regulation needs and how to really understand what her behavior is telling us. They have become an irreplaceable member of our village.
Pediatric Pathways is the best! My daughter has been coming here for about 5 years and has made so many gains. She has had three different therapists over the 5 years and all have been wonderful. All very knowledgeable, kind and caring.
My 7 year old son started this year also and really enjoys his time. He is learning so many skills on how to regulate and feels safe. He likes the activities and is able to help choose what they do.

Our 7-year-old son has been attending bi-weekly occupational therapy sessions for nearly a year, and our experience at Pediatric Pathways has been wonderful. Emily and Lori, the primary OTs he works with, bring a remarkable level of expertise and care. They go beyond simply treating the child—they take the time to educate us about what’s happening in our son’s brain and nervous system, empowering us to better understand and support him on his unique journey.
Tiffany and the rest of the staff are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with scheduling or billing questions. We also had a personalized functional nutrition consultation with Magali from their team, who helped us identify key dietary changes and recommended supplements tailored to our son’s needs. The environment is not only professional but also genuinely supportive. Most importantly, our son loves going to his sessions and is always excited to show us the new exercises he’s learned. We are grateful for the care and commitment this team has shown.
We are so happy with the care both of our kids receive at Pediatric Pathways! Their therapists are both really lovely people who are great at their jobs and the staff as a whole is a delightful group of people who offer wonderful service. We commute from Santa Clara because it’s worth it. If you’re looking for detailed, individualized, thoughtful support I can’t recommend this team highly enough.
Over the past year, I have personally witnessed Pediatric Pathways play a crucial role in helping my patient learn, grow, and develop new skills. As a home health nurse, I have learned many things from my patient’s OT sessions and therapists, which have allowed me to continue doing her exercises with her at home and school. I am very grateful to see all the progress my patient has made thanks to the time and dedication put into her therapy sessions. Thank you Pediatric Pathways and all the therapists for all you do.
Pediatric Pathways is one of the best OT clinics (personal and professional opinion). Their evaluation process and initial treatment plan is very comprehensive. Each therapist is so knowledgeable and caring. Both my kids receive biweekly services and are always excited to go “play”.
